Business Prime Rewards gives you an opportunity to earn Business Prime Rewards points while shopping on HAQM Business. Rewards are available to US customers on Duo, Essentials, or Small plans. You can see what rewards offers are available on your account on the rewards homepage and your points balance on your redemption history.
Business Prime members can earn Business Prime Rewards by 1) completing the offer action(s) and 2) shopping for their organization on HAQM Business. Once you complete the requested action, you will receive a confirmation email and your subsequent purchases will earn points. In some cases, it may take us up to 72 hours to recognize an action has been completed. Once you completed the offer, you'll earn on every purchase of eligible items until the offer duration ends or when you've already reached the maximum offer value.

Points can only be redeemed at checkout by members on a Business Prime Duo, or paid Essentials or Small plan. Apply rewards under the payment method section. The value of the points you choose (100 points = $1) will be deducted from your order balance. Account administrators can decide who can or cannot redeem rewards points by clicking “Manage” on www.haqm.com/businessprime/rewards. Note: This page is only viewable by current Business Prime members who have active benefits or have had points in the past.
You can redeem rewards points on most orders except digital items and gift cards. You may use rewards with other promotions and points can be split with all other payment options except for Pay by Invoice. If your account only has Pay by Invoice, you must have earned enough points to cover the entire order balance.
It's possible that you have completed all offers available to your account or there's an issue on our side. No need to worry, we're brewing up new offers so check again soon to see new point earning opportunities.
Yes, rewards points expire 12 months after they're issued. When redeeming points, we'll always use the points set to expire the soonest.
If you cancel your membership, you'll stop earning rewards and your unexpired points will become unavailable. If you rejoin Business Prime, your unexpired points will become available to use.
Redeemed rewards points will appear as a discount on the total order value.
