• What if I am a sole proprietor or small business owner and I am interested in Duo, but I don’t have Prime?

  To be eligible for free Business Prime Duo, you must have an active HAQM Prime membership. Get started by visiting haqm.com/amazonprime and learn how you can join. Once you’ve joined HAQM Prime, you’ll need to create a free HAQM Business account here . Be sure to use a different email address from your Prime account in order to remain eligible for free Duo. Note that HAQM Business accounts are available to verified business accounts only.

• Can I use the same email for my personal and business accounts?

  If you’re a Prime member and want to access your free Business Prime Duo plan, you’ll first need to register for a free HAQM Business account with a different email account. By doing so, you will maintain your Prime digital benefits and order history on your personal HAQM.com account, as well as your eligibility for free Business Prime Duo on HAQM Business. If a Prime member registers with HAQM Business using the same email as their Prime account, they will have the option to convert their Prime membership into a paid Business Prime membership.

• Am I eligible for Business Prime Duo if my personal HAQM Prime account is in a different country domain than my HAQM Business account?

  Your personal HAQM Prime account must be in the same country domain as your HAQM Business account to be eligible for Business Prime Duo.
