FAQs

  • Your organization's buyers can use SSO to access HAQM Business through a direct Service Provider (dSP)-initiated URL or through an e-procurement system integration, such as Punchout). Once registered, buyers can navigate to HAQM.com, provide their email address, and authenticate with their corporate credentials.

  • There are three steps to set up SSO for your HAQM Business account:

    1. Set up the HAQM Business SSO app on your identity provider (IdP)
    2. Provide your IdP metadata and attribute mapping information to HAQM Business
    3. Test your SSO connection and activate it for your HAQM Business account

  • Set up SSO in as little as one hour. If you are the HAQM Business account Administrator, you can get started by using the self-service SSO set up. In some cases, you may need a member of your IT team to help you.

  • HAQM Business uses the industry standard Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 and supports identity providers including Okta, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft ADFS, OneLogin, AWS SSO, TrustLogin, Google G Suite, and others.

  • SCIM for HAQM Business is currently available with Okta and Azure. SCIM is not supported for Punchout at this time.
